Awesome review! I've been in need of a new laptop and conflicted between about three or four laptops, but I think I've made my decision- I'm getting this one!

nice review, enjoyed it. was thinking of getting one today. the touchpad sounded kinda like a bummer. but u still have a touchscreen to use. thks again

I like your review. The touchpad is not bad, just ensure you have all the updated drivers. I purchased this laptop in 2015 and after a few weeks upgraded the memory to 1 stick 8GB and the drive to 256 G Samsung Evo SSD. That investment set me back about an additional $300 plus Canadian but it was worth it. Since that time I have owned a Lenovo 710 and a Lenovo Legion but this Dell is still one of my favorite machine. Took me through trade school and much more. Ended up with a few cosmetic hairline cracks on the rather cheap plastic body but is still working. Very lightweight flexible and responsive. If anyone still has this laptop, upgrade to SSD and ram and you will be fine. If you can only do one upgrade of the drive to SSD, it will be a world of difference. No this is not a gaming machine or graphics-intensive work but in 2020 It can do almost everything else I need it to do.

I liked your review, I was wondering to buy this laptop but I have the option to select the pentium n3540u or an i3 6100u, this is in the dell official web page, which one do you recommend me?

Hi there! :) Just wanted to ask, is the RAM upgradable? The specs sound good, except for the entry level 4GB RAM. Although that would be great for a normal user, I'm looking for something that can be pushed a little further when needed. :) Thanks! Great review BTW! :)

I have a question: Is it portable? I'm thinking of getting this for my birthday next but I'm will take the non 2 in 1 with no touchscreen if it is not portable
