    The plausible defense is that YSL is an entertainment assembly! --It cannot be debated that under the ACT anyone can form an assembly.... HELL YSL could say WE ARE A MILITIA (and not be guilty of any unlawfulness). Therefore, lawfully Militias are allowed to exist as private groups, so long as they don't take their activities into the public realm โ€” or plan to do so. Militias cross the line into illegal activity โ€œif they are training on private property in order to engage in unlawful activity in public"..... I am just dropping game! Whatever, the case, one cannot assume liability for how people act in a group. Freedom to self is free ranging!
