Having recently watched the Arte tv Documentary about Mayor Chris Pappas of uMngeni Municipality on YouTube, the DA is by far the best and most experienced choice to take SA forward in 2024!!!

Its not so much about age, but more about common sense, honesty, values, integretry, business acumen, skills , actions in place for the best of the nation.

Chris Pappas handled Sizwe's bias very well. When you're privileged like Sizwe, it's hard to understand suffering by the hands of the failing government when you don't experience it yourself. Chris has the people's interests at heart

I will never ever share my experience with corrupt people. I am black but I will never share my experiences with corrupt black ❤people. Skin colour doesn’t matter what matters is service delivery that we need.Skin colour does not matter at all.❤

Sizwe's chip on shoulder and shortcomings as an interviewer hugely exposed. Hopefully he improves in time, but I doubt it. His bias is too strong and maturity severely lacking. Pappas is going places. Bright young mind.

I honestly don’t think that he was trying to corner him or to try and make him look bad There is one thing as white South Africans we need to start accepting and deal with and that is until the day that we can truly acknowledge that we don’t understand the deep pain that was caused to black South Africans, black South Africans will never trust white South Africans So yes everything that is done should reflect that you acknowledge it, the way you behave the way we act everything needs to show that we are sorry about what happened, and by this I don’t mean white South Africans should fall on their knees in front of every black South African and apologise Let me use a example Firstly if you are in a relationship with someone and you screwed up and broke your partners trust, you treat your partner with respect and work hard to regain their trust, I think it’s fair that the majority of white South Africans has not done that and have just continued with the lives they always did and did not try and change their behaviour With this in mind it is important to recognise that black South Africans is justified to distrust white people and need more convincing, if this was a relationship do you think your partner would have forgiven you if you treated her the way majority of white South Africans still treat black South Africans and if you can’t see this then you are extremely selfish and should not be in this relationship because being part of the country is been in relationships So I guess what I am trying to say is and ask of my fellow white South Africans is treat everyone the way you would treat your family and yes see colour not to judge people but to know how to approach a problem, and to acknowledge what is important to that person, just be respectful and be patient if you feel like people aren’t trusting you because of the colour of your skin, yes we are 30 years into democracy but we still have a long way to go to fix this relationship

SABC please get a professionally trained journalist to do this show. If we're being honest Sizwe's presenting skills leaves a lot to be desired, I am sure there are people with more talent and suitable qualification who would do a much better job. Thank you!
  • Yes,young leaders have a potential to make this cou try a better place to be.Young, brilliant, cool minded and peace loving young leader is what we pray for. There is war in Ukrainian and Russia but who is dying in numbers? Poor and innocent people. Those who initiated the fight are well protected.

Screw all the haters and the indoctrinated mutts in the comment section, Sizwe was fair and Pappas handled himself well, whn most white DA members would be rattled and prone to say something stupid, the man handled himself well.... This was fair.
