I was kind and let him "borrow" my drill to "fix his kitchen cupboards".
It turns out, fixing kitchen cupboards is codeword for buying drugs.

Reality = sold his drill to buy some booze or drugs... and came up with a story of losing Β£2,500 to hope the neighbour just forgets about it... THEN has the cheek to try and get more cash off him...ππππ

How's that Insurance claim coming on Jim? Still being processed I guess.....Hardly looks the sort to even have Insurance, I could be wrong of course....Geesh, neighbours from hell huh ;-( we've all met them, sorry you got one too.
