From Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei episode 12 (based off the skit on episode 4 of Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei).

I'm guessing the team on Studio Shaft and Koji Kumeta thought the whole concept is funny they decide to round up a 5 minutes of Kaere-sensei for LOL.

Works great for me though, it's hilarious, sexy and God Damn! that Yū Kobayashi can sing.
