Always great to wake up on a Monday morning and see some mud adventures! Love all the finds. My Dad served in Burma in WW2. The find made me think of him. 😊

Love your finds. I believe that finial is for a ceramic apothecary jar. A local pharmacist in my area collected old apothecary jars and he had a couple ceramic jars with similar lids. And that glass spoon could have been used for marmalade or caviar because they don't react to glass.

the pounce pot may also be a hat pin holder. I love it when you go to this site. The only one that beats it is the one where your found the Roman pot..

Every time I watch your mud adventures I get a little bit jealous 🤷♀️. You recover some cracking (“pardon the pun”) finds. Those 3 Poisons were beauties. The Hovercraft looks fun 👏😎🍀💜

You ask about the crab-You have a couple of options.1) leave it for a bit and go back later to see if it came out.2) take it home and put it in a tank with some water from where you were and wait for it to come out and then take him/her back to its home.3) leave it in a place you will remember and go back for it another day - it might be empty.
