Also a tip: There is a request that I do believe 100% for sure gives you a Peat Block so you don’t have to go searching for it. Trust me, I searched for over an hour just to quit, do the request, and then get it. It could be that it differs for different people, as it wasn’t shown in the rewards tab, but I do believe it was the Gone Astray… In the Icelands quest if my memory is correct. I hope that helps anyone struggling to get a Peat Block if they see this comment!
