This is a redstone machine I designed that can display and switch between three full color images. As far as I know this is the first multicolor pixel display that does not need maps to view the image.

Mojang should remove redstone before he figures out how to create a nuclear bomb in minecraft
  • Imagine adding 3 images that look kinda similar to make it look like an video. Not sure if it would work but just an idea

Good idea. Minecraft has always needed better ways of making displays. I am working on testing a greyscale display using light levels.

Now make Minecraft in Minecraft with that display
  • Do you think that a checkerboard pattern can be achieved, with 8 colours per pixel? This way, you cannot see the obsidian. By the way, it would be cool to be able to make any picture, especially when you are able to change an entire row at once. Maybe by using instant signal strenght transmission. If you use a pulse extender, you can measure the signal strength, so you know how often you have to activate the piston.

Could you give us a word download to check it out?

how big would a redstone wire have to be to hold all of these inputs?
