In the wake of Henry's arrest, Stepney and Hiro soon arrive to help with the work, but Thomas and his friends have other issues to sort out. Beyond Thomas and Percy's broken friendship and Thomas's uncertain relationship with Lady, the Number 1 Engine suspects there are darker forces at play. Thomas sets out to solve the mystery of the Queen Consolidated robberies and clear his friend's name, but to do so he must recruit the help of his former friend, discovering unlikely allies and unexpected antagonists along the way!
