This song made me start thinking, We are like carbon when we form (grow up in christ) and don't get any pressure or heat in our life we become like weak graphite, but only through pressure and heat do we become hard like diamonds.

Hawk Nelson, I don't think you will see this but if you do I just want you to know that this song has been a big help and encouragement for me I had an abusive father my whole child hood my best friend died suddenly when I was seven and I have no memory of ages 8-12 couse of trauma I got an addiction most modern teen boys get and then my dad gave me a suggestion that gave me a worse addiction and then my parents got divorced I am leaving homeschool to go to public high school we are selling our house and the coronavirus is shutting down the world but I am going through counciling with my pastor and trusting in Christ so this song means so much to me thnx and keep making songs

This song is currently very meaningful to me. I am going through a tough painful trial regarding my church and pastor. I feel the crushing of His love on my soul. The pain feels endless. Yet, I look forward to the fruit the crushing will produce. My friends, if you're feeling that same crushing, remember James 1:1-5. The suffering will produce patience and endurance as long as we endure and not resist the trial. Let's keep our eyes on the prize!!🙏💝

Pls read. I was reading a passage and a quote came up and it said " stars can't shine without darkness." It takes years and years of pressure and hardships to make a diamond! Jesus is perfect and he still went through hard times not only that but he had all of our sins too! No one can be perfect and not go through bad times! So the next time you feel down or going through something just think through that pressure he IS making a diamond out of you! Jesus loves you always and forever NEVER forget that! Now ponder on that and see just how much it will change your life!!!!!!!!!!
