Singapore its the definition that it can look good outside but are rotten inside. No matter what even the city is clean its never WORTH it to restrict human life just to keep a city "clean"

Chopeing a table is one of the bad things in Singapore. Just find a table after you obtained the food. And don't "claim" a table that you are not using at that moment. To chope shows very low moral standards. Also be aware of crazy driving, for example drivers who make a turn into a side street often break the law by not yielding to pedestrians who are walking on the sidewalk crossing that side street. And if you comment on their driving, they don't see it as their fault, as they don't seem to remember the regulations or think that it doesn't apply to them.
