Oh WOW! I am blown away by all the synchronicities I have been experiencing recently. I am an Iranian girl and I’m still living in Iran. Yesterday my mom was talking about how her Yoga teacher told her some stuff about Ayurveda and that she seems to be a Vata! I took the quiz myself and I found out that I am also a Vata! And today, seeing the thumbnail of this video on my YouTube home feed with the title of “ how to find your Dharma”-the topic of my most recent struggle- and clicking on it to open, just to see how Sahara say all those things about being a Vata and that she is also an Iranian and her struggles with her own family over how she wanted to stop pleasing them and instead living her own true self, was like as if the universe was calling out that: HEY GOLNOOSH DARLING, THIS VIDEO IS MADE EXPLICITLY FOR YOU!
