My first morning mobility video! I like to start my mornings with gentle, mindful movements. I found that doing mobility everyday has made me feel more limber and improves my flexibility upon waking up.

Movements:
1. Cat Cow
2. Kneeling Thoracic Rotation
3. Kneeling adductor
4. Child pose

    Do you use silicon spacer for big toe in long distance for your bunions inside of the sport shoes for biking ?
