I keep telling you I'm good at Magic
  • @tors17
    Brian's back in pro scene
  • @jm8153
Nice to See Kibbler looking healthy
  • @ZedEdd
I wish the commentators would tell us what cards they’re playing and what actions they’re taking
  • Seriously, commentators didn't speak of the game nearly at all. They just kept saying the first word on cards, didn't talk about strategy, or anything that felt important for anyone that was newer to the format. It's not a good way to get new people excited about the game.

I’d like to have both versions - a live stream with commentary and a live stream without commentary. Still a great experience all around!
  • Commentators ?!? Talk about the game 😆 "We are on Brian's turn... I believe.." BROO 😂😂
  • New magic fan here. After youtube randomly presented me with the TCC episode featuring Cedric and Patrick and then by proxy commander at home this is in fact my first time seeing Brian Kibler play competitively.
  • @jackcarsen6247
id honestly pay to watch a stream of just the audio at the table
  • @stokesdylanw
Haven’t watched Magic in a couple years and had no idea what was happening in game with this commentary.
  • Sure wish game 1 theyd talk about what was happening more rather than just rambling...
  • @Liur.
No UI to actually tell what cards or triggers are resolving, no commentators on what is actually going on... this is unwatchable.
  • @jamesirwin2163
The commentary could be cut back a solid 35% I like to hear the table talk of the players that's half the joy of watching them play.
  • @thenightangel05
Etienne and Kiblers match is just amazing; talk about restoring faith in humanity. Great games.
  • @kgoodfarms
Sweet! But I'll agree with others that it would be nice to hear more of the table and some more commentary about what's actually happening in game

OMG... seeing Kibler at pro tour and not on MTGA tournament is wild.. i thought that i will never have an opportunity to see him play live tournaments again ... this makes me so happy! been his follower for idk ever since 2009 .. loved his WG decks

10:25 I believe Titiana triggers twice since discarding Takanuma is part of the cost for the ability and the mill happens as the ability resolves, so two separate times where lands enter the graveyard.

Regarding the judge call, it couldn’t have been described better… I took a warning at GP PDX because I accidentally had my notebook, that I was using to track my life total, open physically over the Blood Moon I had out and both of us had cracked fetchlands (opponent first) before it was noticed by the opponent. I got the warning for missed triggers and I leaned things lol.

Great match for both teams! So glad to see Brian playing in pro tours again, cant wait to see more!
