1. Cupcake wasn't in fnaf 2 both in the files and game except as that unlockable 2. Golden BB was a hoax. Someone edited the collectibles to have a golden BB. Just thought I should point out some of the mistakes so you know for next time.

Considering that you can obtain the cupcake in fnaf 2, I think it's safe to say that it's withered chicas cupcake, instead of getting scrapped like the toys and repurposed like the withers, it was just simply given to classic chica in fnaf 1

First off, there isn't an unlockable golden balloon boy in FNaF 2. You can only get a creepy toy on the desk, not golden. Second off, Scott probably just didn’t want to go through all the stress of making a withered cupcake, especially since it probably wouldn't serve any purpose. But, even so, it would be a weird choice since the cupcake helps lead to a good ending in the third game. I'm not really sure why it's missing, but it probably is Scott focusing on other aspects, yeah
