Fault of the high scores saves kit?

So the first two: you moved into the explosion - the debris from the explosion and score kill you. The last one you moved up and your own shot killed you. This can only happen on galaxians and the program 1 Romset. You can get a similar effect if you have a ram card fault - blue dots can appear that Kill you, however, I'm your video I just think you moved up into your own shot. It very rarely happens.
