I feel a bit sorry for his wife, when he did the big reveal you could see she was having a hard time accepting his new face. She really loves him.

Loving the fact Nate, is seen as the “disfigured guy” yet he unlike his brother, is the one who married and has kids! Good on you buddy! Go Nate!!!💪🏽

The wife seems concerned even after the surgery. Wonder what was bothering her? He looks good & he still looks like himself. It wasn't too radical a change. Good to hear that he can breathe better. The eyes look like he's rested.

He wasn’t bad looking before surgery and now he’s very handsome. I’m happy he finally found the right surgeons that know what they’re doing.

Like many others have expressed, it is so nice to see reconstructive/corrective surgery done to help somebody look ‘normal’ and not a normal person seeking vanity surgery.

I honestly think he’s wicked handsome and his wife seems so sweet. I love both of her comments; that she loves him with the nose she met him with and that she also just wants him to be happy. This was my favorite episode.

considering his deformities I think he looks handsome in a unique way...how he carries himself and his attitude makes him attractive.....I hope wifey is down with it sounds like they're gonna change his look alot n she fell in love with the original version

This show is from 2016. It was an awesome show that depicted the positive side of plastic surgery. Hope they bring it back and make a season 2

Oh I’m so glad Nate can breath better! I’ve had to have my face replaced from an accident. I was 16 years old now I’m 71, still have minor issues but I know it could be a lot worse, I’m so happy for him!❤❤

That conversation at the end between him and his mom, being so supportive and loving, brought me to tears! ❤ Wishing him, his family, and his medical team the best ❤

I literally cried 2 minutes in. I know how mean kids can be and i can't even imagine what he had to go through back then and then being reminded by people by them staring as soon as he walks outside. I am so happy that he's happy with the results and and i hope that he can feel more comfortable with himself.

His family is so supportive, they just need to stop comparing him to his twin.

Nate seems like a really nice guy with a good sense of humor. He deserves this!

Anyone else catch Nate saying to his wife at the end in the park for the ‘big reveal’ say, ‘thanks for being here,” followed by a limp, loose hug with not much interaction? Are they separated or something? Compared to how she was and how they were as a couple before the surgery, she seems detached and cold. Well, they both do towards each other. He embraced everyone else before her and then thanked her for being there! Why?? Something felt off there… I hope Im wrong and that I’m just seeing something and reading it wrong but it definitely seemed a bit weird to me… 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nate is so cute no matter what. His soul just shines through.
