The management/owners should be arrested/sued for criminal behavior. This is outright stealing money from seniors!
-
They had to pay $100,000 a few months ago and are now being kicked out? That is theft and there should be legal action and jail time.
-
That should be a crime for them to accept their money, knowing they are going into bankruptcy
-
Somebody got rich off of this. Where is our judicial system now?
-
Pocketed all those entrance fees and knew they were insolvent. Terrible thing to do to seniors.
-
Seniors are the fastest growing category of homeless.
-
Extortion not bankruptcy...
-
The people who got rich off of this place, over the years, need to have their assets seized and sold - houses, cars, furniture, jewelry, stocks, bonds...everything, every nickel. Bastards.

plz sue the company for misuseing the money of the elderly people im shocked im so very mad

$100k to move in? say scam without saying scam
-
Every single person being evicted should hire an attorney and sue Unisen together. 💙💙💙
-
This is fraud. Needs to be investigated. Owners raided the till and threw the residents under the bus. 😡
-
The correct term is abuse of a at risk vulnerable person for economic gain..
-
$75K entrance fee? Thats the scam right there
-
This is why we chose to keep our 80 something mother with us even if not easy or entirely ideal. At least she is safe and taken care of.
-
The unanswered question is where did the money go???
-
An ENTRANCE FEE? My mother is in an Assisted living facility, it is $4500/month. I cannot BELIEVE ENTRANCE fees are permittable by law.
-
We should all be ashamed of ourselves for the way senior citizens are treated in our culture..
-
How is it non-profit if they charge 100k as a move in fee? 😮
-
Just another example of how at any age, you can end up homeless through no fault of your own.
