I think you should've made false tnt traps, traps that didn't have tnt/weren't traps, that would fool them into being weary around the false traps, and make them waste time by trying to go around

Having a trapped warden at the right distance underground so they could have darkness would have been great.But not too close so they don't get blasted.

a way to make it harder is add a wall in the middle so there are two entrances and only one can go to the exit

4:45 for slowness you can make the potion of turtle master but it does give them resistance 5
