One of my employees suggested having a "Gratitude Box". So if an employee covers a shift, had a smooth opening because the night crew did a good job, etc, the grateful employee will put a little thank you note in it expressing their gratitude. Then at every employee meeting (once a month), we finish the meeting by reading the comments out loud. Whoever has the most thank you notes in it is then granted a gift card. It is a great way to end our meeting in a positive manner!

I'm just grateful for being alive and having all my basic needs fulfilled, so that I can put plans in perspective in order to get there under the God's guidance

My boyfriend and I leave each other a voice message about something we admire in each other every morning. I love starting the day that way. And I strive to live with an attitude of gratitude. Great video. I loved learning a out the 4 As. Thank you!

I use to have a habit of thinking of three things per day just before I went to sleep for which I was grateful. I'll start this again tonight. Subscribed. Great style; informative and concise.

I'm grateful to every person that I have met. I have grown as a good person with the help of the people surrounding my life. I truly believe that the viewers might be grateful to you too. As you are making us better persons everyday.. Thank you sir!

I am grateful that I woke up this morning, and I hope everyone else did too. I am grateful for my house, I hope everyone else has one too. My being grateful has nothing to with anyone else having or not having.

Great wee talk. My daily routine started this year is 15 mins meditation with gratitude affirmations followed by writing out a minimum of 7 things Im grateful for. Slowly but surely moving my mindset from learned negative patterns to a much more grateful and positive outlook. It doesnt happen overnight, but just like a good gym routine consistency pays off and the results begin to show! 😊 grateful for my life and for people and talks like this. Have a fab day! 🙏

I look around and see Gods gift in everything. From birds in the sky a flower blooming, rain on my windshield to hearing a child laughing. I'm surrounded and it all put life into perspective. Thank you God for everything. Amen

Thanks Brian Tracy, A recent event changed my way of thinking, I felt like I experienced the worst (rock bottom), then I've recalled my past and the simple things that I complained about, and suddenly those became regrets, that I failed to appreciate things I should be grateful for. Now I'm on a quest to appreciate.

I'm grateful for all the people I meet, the opportunities I get to experience and the beauty of nature puts on a display each day.

Thank you Brian for making videos and enriching our lives. You have touched so many people, who have touched others. I am practicing my daily gratidude, everyday I wake up to name at least 5 things I am grateful for.

The higher the gratitude, the greater your ability to be sensitive to others. Absolute genius. I had watched TED talks, read papers, and watched other videos, but none of them even compared to this. Classic, fantastic, great, spectacular, and timeless

I am grateful for you for sharing your knowledge with us. I am grateful for my friends and family and for my ability to nurture and grow my relationships by being a true friend. I am grateful that I am able to help others in their time of need and not expect anything in return. I am grateful for my health and for the love I give and receive.

I have just started a gratitude journal. In it, I write 5 things I am grateful for each day before going to sleep. I am glad I have watched your video. I am about to start a new job and want to make sure I am continuing to live positively and not get too stress out. Now that I have watched your video I hope to practice the 4 A's, to help me manage my stress levels. And improve the working environment for the rest of my team. Thank you for sharing. xx
