My nephew happened to be a line chef at a restaurant where Gordon came in to save it for an episode of 24 Hours to Hell and Back. He said that Gordon was very kind to all the employees and patiently gave the line cooks numerous tips and explanations. He told him that he loves teaching younger people about cooking and not to worry that he wouldn’t be screaming at them. He said that was only for TV and he really wants to help them be better chefs. My nephew said he was kind and humble throughout the week of filming and he really respects him even more.

Lol I love how Gordon catches Selena putting in 8 eggs instead of the 6 he asked, but instead of pointing it out, he just asks her to put in an additional 2 knobs of butter to compensate.
