So I did the math The average anime episode is around 20 minutes (not counting opening/ending). Revue Starlight has 12 episodes. 20 x 12 = 240 minutes in total. Dividing 240 by 130, the final count of the 'Hikari-chan's, we get around 1,8 as solution. As conclusion, Karen calls Hikari-chan around once every 2 minutes.
