What a fantastic video have a wonderful day ❤😊
  • If Decca had signed the Beatles and EMI signed the Rolling Stones, music history would be very different. I think that neither band would have been as great.

#10: This song was especially meaningful. Once sharing a house with a Buddy & his girlfriend, but for some reason not having a key, my girl Jennie went around back & opened the door. Later when my friend Randy & his girl Liz got home & asked how we got in, I said she came in back the bathroom window. Wow! Everyone just lost it! 😂

Obviously, Mr. Robo-voice never saw the video of that Washington gig in the round! Ringo didn't move his drums at all! There was a roadie, some older balding guy, that would come up every few songs and spin the platter the drums were on, in the direction the next few songs were gonna be played.

Regarding Norwegian Wood, what about the story that the original lyric about easy women was "Isn't it good/Knowing she would," but that that was considered a little too provocative?
  • Norweigen Wood, he sets fire to her furniture...they didn't know that or they would have mentioned it..I know all this stuff..and more...
  • the beatles were the first to have chord changes in their songs, nobody in rock and roll had done that till them. it changed the dirrection of rock forever.took it out of it's basic form.the beatles also helped end communism in east germany, the year before the berlin wall came down, the communists there made the mistake of allowing beatles records to be sold in that country, they also helped end communism in the soviet union as well, you can watch a documentary dvd on it called how the beatles rocked the kremlin
  • Why would Decca turn the Beatles down by telling them that guitar groups are on their way out, then turn around and sign a guitar group?
