It's still extra quiet, but at least it's got audio for the whole game this time!

Kevin Harlan caught me off guard with how fast he was announcing Harrell's reverse layup 'Harrell, takes advantage of a falling defender Jackson and PUTS IT IN! WHAT AN ACROBATIC SHOT BY MONTREZL HARRELL!

Style-wise (except Memphis), Louisville struggled with teams who pounded the backboard that season (UNC, UK, at home against UC). This game was the only one they won that year when facing teams of that style. Cincinnati was a 5 seed in Virginia’s bracket partially because of similarly slow tempos that Bennett and Cronin both like to play albeit differing defenses (Bennett, a pack line man to man while Cronin who was once a Pitino assistant, mainly played a matchup zone built around long athletic players).

FACT: This was the first time the Cardinals have defeated Cincinnati in their arena since 2009. (since then, the Bearcats had won both home games in 2011 and 2012).
  • This Cincinnati team was a bit overrated and when Bobby Huggins left , the talent level dropped
