When you turn on Nightmare, every Pinky in the game gets a full explosive barrel to drink before Doom Guy arrives. The barrels are filled with morphine, adrenaline, and Monster.

I'm imagining a conference with Decino and Peter using marine helmets showing a presentation named "Ultimate Doom enemy tier list" in front of some marines, Doomguy, the Cyberdemon, the Spider and the other enemies, everyone clapping, while Decino says cute things about cacodemons and Peter telling everyone how he survived with 3% health and a broken arm (Great job as always)
