Why didn't he start the lawsuit in second gear? Would've been an easy win.
-
"Todd wasn't going to give up so easily. He was going to send more letters" is such a sad line
-
“And now, the story of a 50-something dude with a mullet and 3 teeth trying desperately to win a legal battle over Atari scores. Brought to you by pube shears.” The internet rules.

I find it legitimately funny that the judge reopened the case just to let the lawyer be dismissed. It's like he said "Hurry up and get out of here bro, it ain't worth the hit to your career."
-
Todd Togers will definitely have a WR for the sending of letters and you can't take that away from him.

The Togers saga shall never end

Guinness realizing their copyright strike landed on a video completely in their defence: 🔙👁👁🔙

Even though he's a cheater I still admire how Todd's friends Togers and Roges help him out. Get yourself friends like Togers and Roges.

Its important to understand that Todd's lawyer would have been disbarred by any state BAR if he lied in any of his motions about Todd lying. It would be considered unethical to dismiss a case against your client's wishes and its extra bad to ever lie to the judge about it. The lawyer is an officer of the court, so everything they submit is under oath. Todd thought he could lie in a court of law and found out that, actually, judges can ignore your lying when they have people who are forced to tell the truth on penalty of life-long expulsion from the state BAR.

Togers is totally legit. My uncle saw him get a score of 82 trillion in 12 seconds on Polybius.
-
“Let’s be fair, Rogers is a hard name to spell” fucking killed me
-
UPDATE: For those that are asking, the video was the subject of a bogus copyright strike by Guinness WR. They rescinded the strike recently which is why it's back up here.
-
There’s no footage of Todd achieving a high score” but there’s all of this footage of Todd Todgers doing literally everything else in life 😂
-
Legitimately cheered when you said Todd Togers, that's been my favorite bit of this whole saga
-
If he just comes clean, write a book about the lies, and tell pieces of old gaming history, it could very well be his redemption arc. But no, still chose to be a villain with spelling issues
-
This was unironically the funniest legal “drama” from the misspelling of Todd Rodgers name to him repeatedly sending the judge emails bout his case and ignoring the the judges plea to submit proper had me cackling every minute
-
I like to believe that the court and judge writing "Togers" and "Roges" is their way of giving the middle finger to this sad delusional guy.
-
Todd Togers would be the kind of student to tell a teacher that the student he was bullying should be punished for standing up to him.
