ironically the cybertruck being bulletproof actually makes it more dangerous. Not just because cars are designed to crumple to absorb the impact but also because If you were to get in an accident that made you unable to open the doors, stronger doors and stronger windows means they're harder to break to get you out of the car.

Cars running strictly on software are a pain in the ass. My friends and I rented a some 2023 Nissan SUV on a hunting trip and took it down the wrong road at 3am and wanted to back up, but it wouldn’t let us reverse on a slope because it was too “steep”. We didn’t have a choice but to drive down the entire road and turn around. What the hell — I should at least have an option to reverse.

The cybertruck is also a literal death trap. A lot of accidents and incidents with cars need people to break the windows to leave. It’s why several car window breaker type products exist. Now if you have highly shatter resistant glass? Yes, burning, drowning, suffocating, bleeding out, etc will all be much more prevalent in the cybertruck.

Cars are also unnecessarily fast. Tell me why a 4000kg monstrosity needs to do 100kph in 2.5 seconds? I’m a car guy myself but can’t support this. It’s always the reckless, inexperienced clowns speeding down a residential street with kids playing.
