I remember having one of these when I was a little it was so much fun.

Have you or anyone on this thread, used this exact home model of Golden Tee, which I have, and taken it apart and used the track ball on their home MAME setup? There are 8 wires coming out and most mame control boards use 5 pin I believe. Any insight is appreciated if someone has tried this idea.

Hey Joe if you are looking at getting an actual arcade version and you have a lot of disposable income, you can get an official Golden Tee Live arcade machine for home use. However this does require an internet connection and a subscription to their online service. I would recommend as an alternative Arcade Legends 3, a multi-game arcade machine. A few years ago they added all of the Golden Tee Fore series games which are the games this plug and play is based on, plus you get some classic arcade games to go with it like Asteroids, Battlezone, and Missile Command. Again it costs a pretty penny, but I think if you have the extra income its worth it.

I just found one in thrift thought it didn't power on because it has these battery thing holder pieces I just bend the piece down so the batteries can touch better but works and I enjoy it simple fun when you have multiple people playing for a few rounds

I used to play the 2008 version on the Arcade. I would love to get an arcade version for my house. where do you recommend getting an arcade game Golden Tee?
