Andri finds strange anomalies in his wall. The noise has found him and is slowly consuming the Pagefire set. So instead of dealing with it like an adult, he teaches you on how to make the most pointless genres he's found in his career (so far) as a pretend musician.

Congratulations, you've finally made a "How to make" where nobody will say "wow you actually made this genre enjoyable"

Harsh Noise Wall: 1 song, 1 hour Noisecore: 5643 Songs, 11 Minutes
  • @DEATHMETALRUST
I laughed so hard when you named the song “Untitled” then I laughed even harder when you whispered “Perfect”.
  • @redsharp2
I have tinnitus so that means ive listened to harsh noise wall since before it was popular. You kids nowadays dont understand REAL harsh noise wall
  • Vomir's actually a pretty normal dude. He's got a trippy guitar improv noise project and a family. Vomir (the project) is just what he does when he's feeling Nihilistic.

Merzbow > Vomir. I said it. I’ll be real here, as a noise artist (yes, I said artist) and fan, I like my HNW is doses. Sometimes I will just put Merzbow on full blast and clean my whole fucking house. But for the most part, I like my harsh noise to stab at parts. Maybe I’m just more into industrial noise, I guess. Personal preferences and shit, not kink shaming anyone at all here. For all the people asking how people can enjoy noise, I somewhat have a super flawed theory: to enjoy noise music, you have to enjoy making it. Most people I know that love noise music, are noise artists. From space drone to glitch noise to HNW. I grew up absolutely loving making sounds with anything I could get my hands on. The more abrasive, the better. I just really, really enjoy the freedom of making noise music over anything else. For me, it’s pure, raw emotional expression. And just for the record, I’m a classically trained pianist, a banjo picker, and an occasional guitarist. Also, I make hip hop beats. But noise is where my heart is. But since I’ve said nothing about the video yet: fucking hilarious and I love it 😂 I was hoping you’d do one soon and by god, ya done did it.

Noise grenade? Be simple, call your "band" : Flashbang
  • @garrett4299
I’m a noise artist, and this without being satire, is very accurate
  • @ElDaumo
Do Darkwave next! I want to see you in eyeliner and a frilled shirt

Just recently had the opportunity to tour with Vomir, he's actually a pretty funny guy in real life, also, far from being pretentious, most noise people are chronic underachievers.

Did you eat the mushrooms growing behind your fridge again, Andri? xD
  • @ArzHole
You forgot the most important part...release physical media, in a limited edition of five copies, recorded on mangled old C90 cassette tapes you found behind some bins.
  • @ThatOneGuy7550
This isn't power electronics but it's the next best thing. Thank you, comrade.
  • Funny Story: Long ago I was looking for a tutorial on Noise music, and I found your Noisecore tutorial, and that's how I found out about your channel. Now you actually did a Noise music tutorial. It's all come full circle.
  • @NoiseFetish
Me: "Wait, all the how to make vids were about metal, how does this fit..." Me five minutes later remembering a friend once saying "black metal is the britney spears of noise music" Me: "nevermind, it fits!" So what's next, powernoise? harsh industrial? martial industrial? industrial metal? industrial black metal? breakcore? crossbreed/hardcore drum n bass? :D
  • @xerxstirb
Another another sound artist here. I've mostly worked with "someone trying to start their car without gas" noise, dark ambient and drone. But yeah, this is a pretty accurate representation of the basics of digital experimental music and sound design. 4:13 was probably my favorite part. Also: props for you creating a "live studio" recording of your piece Untitled. Standing still for so long just for satire takes some fucking effort. The box on head, extreme frown and anime girl shirt really sold it. That's some fucking art right there.
  • @TheTrveMothlord
Harsh noise makes me forget I have a body. It's pretty awesome.

The only music genre where dumb memes about the genre have a bigger fanbase than the genre
