... and now for a moment of zen 🧘🏽‍♀️✨💖

Breathe a deep sigh of relief and enjoy the views on this beautiful sunset hike through San Francisco's Lands End.

Tranquilitee presents: "Exhale & Enjoy The View"

Standing between the Monterey Cypress Trees, all ahead is blue... clear... calm.
A faint smell of Eucalyptus drifts through the air as you begin this hike through beautiful Lands End.
The vistas of the Marin Headlands and the Golden Gate Bridge wash a wave of calm over you.
Everywhere you step, there's a vantage point of the vast Pacific Ocean.

Down the hiking trail, and you find a spot of total solitude with 180° views of the wild ocean.
This is the Lands End Lookout, a place of total zen.

As you make your way to the beach blow, the sound of ocean waves grow stronger.
Their mist touches your skin, cooling your body.
The sun paints the sand a deep golden brown, illuminating smaller tide pools.

As the sun makes its descent, the sky lights up in shades of pink and purple.
Amidst the boulders, you can still glimpse the iconic Golden Gate Bridge.
A wave of awe washes over you as the moon appears.

Pelicans and gulls take flight, heading to their nests for the night.
An adolescent seal makes its way to the beach.
She yawns and says, "Good night."

Today's Tranquilitime video was filmed in 4K in Lands End, San Francisco, one of California's best hikes. The hike takes you along the Pacific Ocean, with gorgeous views of the California Coast. It has become one of our favorite places to find tranquilitee... to take a moment of zen.

Did you know that connecting with nature helps us to reset? We are so bombarded with stimuli every single day, that disconnecting from our day-to-day lives and getting outside works wonders for our systems. Even just taking a moment to listen to and watch ocean waves helps our brains relax and lulls us into a calm state of mind.

So, sit back, relax and feel the calm of this beautiful sunset footage 💗🌅

TBH, this is even better than being there... get too see all of Land's End's splendour, but don't have to hike, hehe! What a sensational coast.
