PartinG is back! One of StarCraft 2's most accomplished pro gamers has returned from his military service in South Korea. He was forced to retire in 2021, but has now returned to the game. In this series from the Korean Starcraft League (KSL) he's facing off against the Chinese Terran player Coffee.

Taiwanese call him "jump jump" for his marvelous control of blink stalker. It's good to have him back in the game.

I feel like I know so much more about mandatory Korean military service than I ought to just from watching SC matches
  • @Anon_Fox
Always happy to see a major Protoss player back!

Lowko has the best random banter of all the casters for the first 2 mins of each game

PartinG is my favorite Protoss to watch, and now he's back. What a great day to watch SC2
  • @LegendStormcrow
I love how our boy saw the modern shenanigans and went, "you know what, kicking it old school with a strat from 1998" and did a double storm timing attack.
  • @DStarLugia
I had no idea that storm drops were a thing, seems pretty strong.

PartinG is back!! The age of the Protoss has arrived! MaxPax, herO, Classic, PartinG, Stats, ShowTime, NightMare, and Harstem (and probably several others I've forgotten). Things are looking good for the firstborn this year!!!
  • @hangover89
I see PartinG's stalker micro is still the best in the world

It's weird how different sounds are so difficult for people to pronounce depending on where they're from. I can't roll an R to save my life, but I never even considered "th" would be difficult. Honestly, as much as I'm here for the StarCraft, I have learned plenty of cultural differences through your videos. Always interesting.
  • @Cool_Goose
When PartinG left he was DePartinG .. is it now RePartinG ? :P
  • @liveinamber1307
So depending on a Dutch zerg player's pronunciation, it's either: InFestor –> "must... assimilate... hlrbffph!" or InVestor –> "this quarter's supply depot income has risen significantly [polite belch], I suggest we divert more biomass to meet supply demands in order to maximize profit..."
  • @CubeItself
i love these 2 base back and fourths, glad to see parting back to give us games like this c:
  • @jonseilim4321
Would love to see more of both Parting and Coffeeame!
  • @JohnC-bz8sj
Yea! Not only love watching his blink skills, but he has some very strong and interesting builds
  • @Shadowboost
You have no idea how excited I am for this. Five days into the year and it's already more exciting than 2023 ever was

British English speakers like to make fun of American English speakers, because we Americans like turning T's into D's. For example, the English pronounce the T in water, but we Americans say "wadder". Better is "bedder". Little is "liddle". Waited sounds like "waded". Both latter and ladder sound like "ladder". Utter and udder both sound like "udder". And best of all: Metal, mettle and meddle all sound like "meddle".
