Ayooo BJD's are honestly the coolest shit though-- I'm too brokeroni and cheese to get my hands on one but man, they're always so pretty and I love how the joints function... so intricate and incredible in craftsmanship

So pretty!!! Also tip for stringing bjds, try and get a large plastic sewing needle or use a ribbon wrapped in tape as a “needle”. And last thing, I really want to see you make a “long furby” style doll, I wanna see what kind of creation you could do with that prompt.

Fabri-Tac is life ! I only use this fabric glue now because it's so versatile. And using dye to color plastic limbs is really smart ! As always, beautiful work !

The result looks really cool! The colours are so pretty and I love the wings!! So creative! I think for the stringing, this doll is a bit more complicated than most BJDs. Usually you don't have to take apart the elastic to get it in pieces, just take out the hooks, which I assume this doll doesn't have. So it was a very rough start for your first one! But you handled it well =3

So I bought a BJD years ago, but then I got pregnant and set her aside, and she's been sitting in my basement untouched. My now 6 year old daughter has recently been watching BJD videos on YouTube and happened upon this one. This inspires me to get her out of the basement and work on her together with my little one.
