An old frigate, an old sub, a tug boat and an oiler. The only thing newsworthy about this is that only one tug boat was sent.

At least Russia didn't send it's one and only ancient aircraft carrier to Cuba. Oh, yeah, that'a right, it's in the dry dock again getting a refit.

Those ships are just avoiding the fatal environment of the Black Sea for some R&R in the fabulous vacation spot of Cuba. They are just adorable.

not really. the russians can deliver nukes from international waters anyway. the fact there’s a few boats in cuba is neither here nor there. similar to them moving their nukes to belarus. makes no difference
