  • I am so glad to have been able to watch Andre play on the fieldand on tv! Congratulations, 80! You definitely deserve this honor! Go, Texans!
  • @KidBakz
Since he never won a championship, at least get him to the HOF! One of my favourite receivers ever, so happy for him

Wow!!!!! A lot of teary-eyed moments. Cris Carter saying no weakness in Andre Johnson's game. This POWERFUL Jim Brown story!!!!!! That's the speech! Congratulations!!!!!!!

Andre Johnson. The first Texan in the HOF. The way he carried himself. Pride. Respect.
  • @nigelkhan9278
Andre Johnson was the most complete WR. His physicality, speed, aggressiveness, toughness and that U of Miami arrogance is one the greatest WR in the history of the NFL. Congratulations from a FSU fan and NY Jets fan.
  • @Ghostmanetx
Must feel out of this world to be the first player of an NFL Franchise to be elected to the Hall of Fame. Props to Andre Johnson, Houston Texans legend on and off the field 💯

I was a Texans season ticket holders from 02-13. I watch Andre his entire career in Houston. He deserves this. A true class act. Never a diva. I’m so proud of him
  • @havanascp9602
Imagine if Johnson had an all pro qb for at least 10 years. Unreal talent
  • @TxDixon
You'll never know what it meant to that 15 year old kid, who got to meet you after a Texans game during your rookie season. You were so nice and humble to me, you signed my jersey and ive kept it forever. Having a small piece from your rookie year always knowing this would be where you were headed. Thanks and Congrats Andre.
  • I hope they let Andre give JJ his Inevitable Knock when the time comes. ... This was soo awesome to watch ...congrats Andre you earned every bit of it
  • @weneedareset
As a South Floridian, call me crazy, but when watching those hurricane games, you just knew this guy was a future hall of famer
  • @giff74
I'm not crying, you are! There is just something about seeing these guys get into the HoF after decades of hard work and sacrifice.
  • @jppitre
Dre has always been my favorite player of all time. He is the embodiment of toughness, ability and leadership. His character on and off the field are 2nd to none. We were so lucky to have Dre for so long and I really hope we can get a ring for him in retirement.
  • @Vosility
Thank you so much for everything Andre. I always wore the 80 at our games with pride. Hall of Famer and Houston hero. Thank you.
  • @rollin60z
Congrats Andre! Everyone in Houston had an 80 jersey he was my favorite player growing up. Always got the job done even when we only had mediocre QBs year and year
  • @FrankP210
This Man is why me and my family are Texans fans. God Bless 80 well-deserved.
  • From day one, Andre understood the assignment. Be an example for all future Texans and put this team on the map. This is the most proud I’ve ever been as a Texans fan. Thank you Dre for everything you gave to the game, this city and this organization. You were always an all-time great in my eyes, but this solidifies it. Go Texans!!!
