What happens when three small YouTubers are shouted out by the single largest creator? Well, nothing good apparently. While clearly in good faith, the gesture from Jimmy had some inadvertent negative consequences for those on the receiving end, including their channels' ultimate ruination. This is the Depressing Reality of MrBeast Shoutout Winners.

The main problem is that most youtubers slowly grow an audience and learn how to tend to their needs and what content they watch. Having Millions of people that all have different interests on content is never going to end well. It's like trying to get 1M people to all agree on one thing at a time, it's impossible

There is a reason why the term "slow and steady" exist. The amount of attention the 3 channels got were too overwhelming for them and they were completely under-prepared for such a massive wave of audiences. They had no idea what to do with their newfound popularity and tried to over exert themselves to adapt to their subscribers' preferences. However, it was far too much for them to handle and they inadvertently had to start anew. Which is why success always takes time and patience; it may sound delightful to gain a spike in popularity, but in reality, it will cause you more harm if you have no preparations. So not only it boiled down to the Youtube algorithm and audience preferences, but also how overwhelmed the channels were.

didnt expect a video this well from such a small creator, good job man.

Yea I don't know what I'd do if my channel exploded. Been working really hard to just get monetized, but I'm proud of the community I do have, very wholesome.

Because it is the part of the process you won't grow if you get success immediately, just imagine your channel is developing character on a story, people tend to ignore you at the first part but if you make a significant change some of the people will start to notice you and becoming sympathetic.

Back in the day, youtube and the internet in general was mostly filled with adults and teens. Which made channel shoutouts more possible because the viewers would be more likely to stick around longer. But these days there are so many more simple-minded, low attention span children all over the internet, so new things become old much faster, and when they're done playing with you, they toss you away like garbage. There is nothing else to blame but the advancement of technology and it becoming a more commonplace thing, so more and more younger generations are using it.

I hope you don’t become what Steveee is, regarding these SunnyV2 style videos, It’s so close to his style, just like how Steveee made his content identical to others. All I’m saying is please keep the topics original.

It's probably because people only sub to him because of Mrbeast and not because they love watching their videos.

Glad i found an upcoming youtuber. Every youtuber i find and like always ends up in a controversy or quitting
  • @bewhy1321
Look at it this way, the first channel didnt lose their first subscribers, they had definetly more subscibers even after the people unsubscribing. People looking for their content would still find it, it's niche and thats all it will be.

You’re just so underrated. I remember commenting on one of your videos. Keep going! I love watching your videos and subbed for a long time.

I like how this video has the same style as SunnyV2's. It's not copying, but the style reminds me so much about him.
  • That was a great video, however i feel that you are trying to make your video so much like SunnyV2’s videos with the editing and art style. This is just constructive criticism, I’m not trying to hate on smaller creators lol
  • @bertobomb
good video overall. maybe try not being so similar to sunnyv2 in the future though
  • @ohiorizzler69
sunnyv2 type editing and commentary, pretty good though ngl.
  • @3VOX3
This is such a good video, editing is well. Great work man!
