How fractional is too fractional?

For those of you who love fractional gold, how small would you say is too fractional?

Gold is what we've been wanting to turn our silver into. It's just alot easier to manage

Your money your choice. People told me I was over paying for 1/10th gold Britannias for £80 at the time. Now they are over £210++++ each. 😅 I am still laughing

Good video. I like that little jar of gold idea, ending in a pour. I think if you can get your fractional gold at a good, low premium, then buy as much as you like. That’s where a good relationship with your LCS comes in handy. I have a decent amount of Goldbacks, mainly Wyoming because I grew up in Wyoming. I have at least one of the larger denominations and a bunch of the 1 denomination. And it was my channel that did the unboxing of the dos pesos holder. I too, love the Mexican gold. Stack on, good man.

SERPIE!!... yo. Great "jar o gold" you got going there. I like it! Stay safe out there! 😠👍
  • I think once I finish the silver goal, I'll try a 1oz platinum and a gold buffalo

I suppose the answer starts with "it depends." If I were stacking gold (sadly, I'm not), and I had a significant budget for gold (ditto), I think I would have a portion as fractional. It seems to offer a certain flexibility.

Good bit 'o gold there! I like fractional gold too. My thoughts are, if the value of gold does jump up in the future, it will be a lot easier to liquidate the smaller stuff.

Love the challenges you have set buddy. That we jar of gold is cool. Keep it going. Take care Serpent 🐍
  • Big thanks for the excellent video and thank you for sharing! Crushed the like button!
  • That is a great question. All the way down to fine gold dust weighed out served in the gold mining areas of our past and possibly today. For most of us today and in years to come those small official gold coins would be best. IMHO. Government issued. I love that Dos Pesos case! That is sweet!

The placer gold I would stack for sure. I actually have a little bit started myself. It came from pay dirt bags that I bought and won. I collect the gold backs for the art. I would not stack them. I like 10th Oz gold but don't think I would buy a gram unless it was just outrageously cheap which I don't think would ever happen. Great topic brother! Have an awesome day 🙂
  • Wow love this! I need to start something like this. Makes so much sense to start gold in increments especially when our funds are a little during this time, speaking of myself of course. 😅

I guess it depends on the stacker if they like to stack fractional gold. I like the 1/4 oz gold coins. It all adds up.

Awesome placer gold! Can’t wait to see you pour I think you will do great. Love the gold chest too cool 😎. Great goal 👍 you’ll get there 😉. Love pamps beautiful piece the lady fortuna is a stunning design. Nice collection and challenges. You’re doing very well. No gold is too fractional for me! I even like the grains of gold 😉 thanks for sharing Best wishes

Since you asked, I personally don't have anything under 2.5 grams... I think anything under a 1 gram , I would stay away from... I have a 1/4 ounce maple, and a pamp 2.5g
  • @TheBrokeStacker
Great subject. Personally, I think anything under a ¹/10 oz is too high on the premiums as far as stacking goes. Love the Scottsdale ¹/100 btw 😁
  • @SPACE_MINER
If you hold goldbacks, you can never say "too fractional"... lol stack it no matter the size
