Two years ago this would have really excited me but sadly, none of my friends now play Armada any more and have all moved on to other games. We all have huge fleets but the lack of new fleets coming out just seemed to kill our club. Oh well, hope you guys enjoy all the new stuff nonetheless.

Thank you so much for this video. As a newb to Armada, this clarified a lot and I will be getting into this with these new factions. I appreciate the time you took to make the video. Cheers

Really enjoy your continued coverage Crabbok. Great work as always, thank you for the detail and overexplanations.
  • @Dasharr
That's a good informative video, thanks. The only other thing I would've wanted to see is a new-player-friendly comparison of the two Clone Wars factions, to be a really complete buying guide. A breakdown of their strengths and weaknesses would be great for players not familiar enough with Armada already to get that from cards and unboxings alone.
  • You can easily build 300 point fleets with either Clone Wars starter + squadron pack + upgrade card pack.

Just a helpful price of info for new comers trying to get to a point to play a 400 point game. With a starter and one squad pack it is possible to put together a fleet for a 400 point game. You will be running max squads and probably have a 10-15 pint bid to choose first or second player but it's possible. An upgrade card pack will increase your options. So for $150 retail you can play a 400 point game with limited variation in your fleet composition.

Thanks for the info. Can’t wait to get into clone wars

I love the new clone wars stuff. Me and my brother have been playing recently. Thanks for showing us this game.

I just found the clone starter on sale. There are three of us that are starting to play. I was yhinking of combining the Clones and seperatists into a "pirate" faction giving them the Quasar, Gauntle fighters and bounty hunter fighters form the Empire and the Hammerhead Corvettes, Scurrg and Lancer from the Rebels. Thank you for your videos, your enthusiasm is a great boost to any day.
  • Nice way to wrap it all together. Excited for the next wave to add to these!
  • I asked for the core set for Christmas, very excited to get into this game!

One handy element of purchasing multiple starters is I will easily be able to field complete guest sets of movement tools, tokens, dice, and etc.
  • Just got my seps pack today!! Super excited for waves 2 and 3 and am now hoping to get my hands on one of those upgrade card packs!
  • @BoxOtter
Awesome review dude! Thanks for the info!

Great video as always. Have to wait until after the holidays to get the clones
  • I have to hold off on Clone Wars because of financial reasons, but I'm excited for your unboxing and batreps of it!

I just hope my friends are watching too, and wanting to play this as much as I am.
