One tip that helped me a lot was remaking my favorite songs. It’s the closest thing to hands on learning you’ll get without a legit class or studio session with the producers
  • You are wise beyond your years young brother. Keep following the beat of your drummer. You brought a smile to my face as an older gent in the game.
  • @kamamante
I feel like I just started to put all these habits in motion and i’m really starting to see the progress frfr. Once you realize the only competition is yourself that’s when it feels like the world is yours
  • The tutorials are already more than generous of you but this video is straight from the heart. We appreciate you Nile

Super valuable habits. I've been hitting the daily 6am deep work session and I'm making huge gains as a musician. Working every day without seeing results is the realest thing ever

These are excellent points bro! I wanna also say (to the youngers out there) if you LOVE music, then don't restrict yourself to albums. Venture out into the music world, check out scoring for films, or TV Ad's, music for games. Do everything and try out till you find your niche.

    2) Focus on your own path 3:28 hit it for me. Thanks for this man, I need to listen to this when I lose sight of myself
  • @JayronnMusic
When I first started making music (Only been at it for under a year) I didn't really think about all the elements. But as you begin to make your own stuff, you really start listening to all the aspects of a song instead of just the song as a whole. Like damn this snare, hi-hat, piano, etc. Sounds dope, this is really well connected!

4:30 feel this part heavily. Def had a point in time I followed every producer on IG and YouTube and absorbed so much content. There’s a time for absorbing but def had to eventually unfollow a lot of stuff to focus on me and clear my brain to see my own goals. Good video man

love this video, your mindset and energy bro. Wise beyond your years. Thank you for sharing. Blessings on your successes X 🙏🏽
  • @JuloOnTheBeat
Thanks bro. You made me realize I have to change my mindset when It comes to comparing myself and my achievements to others.. just gotta stay focused on your path.
  • @swis4921
Dude this was an incredible video. Even for an artist like me, the same things about focusing on your own path are so pertinent. I'm learning to channel all that envy and wishing I was rapping at a certain level into the mic, my voice, and promotion. You're a gem man!
  • @kenzylafrance
You hit this video right in the nail! The best part for me was when you stated to compare your present self to your past self, when you said that I've grown and I'm in a much better spot than I was years ago, thank you for your words!!!
  • @sereneheavenxo
i love your attitude and energy. Thats why you came a long way and became successful. Thank you for sharing your knowledge frfr
  • @krvnchie
thank you so much for this video you really helped me get my drive back. Been going through sum shi that’s been messing with my producing but you helped today, both as an artist and a producer.
  • @traviswright
ay bro, this is exactly what I needed and I know hundreds of others needed as well as we both can see. This video is certainly a gem and something I can see myself looking at in those moments, keep pushing as always man, I know I will be. much love

Honestly this hit home I’ve been struggling with this way longer than I’d like to admit . And trying to take this game more serious. I feel dumb for having the connections I have and not going HARD . Thank you for waking me up just subbed
