  • I was at The Lion King that night! It was such a beautiful show and when James Corden and Tom Cruise came out it was in complete awe. I never in a million years would have expected it. By far the best Christmas present I’ve ever had (my parents bought the tickets as Christmas presents for my sister and I) Edit: The tickets were Christmas presents but the show was on February 23
  • Tom did this out of pure friendship. What a guy. And that peacock voice was bloody impressive. James and his team have set a bar on how to end talk shows

I just love how Tom runs away like what James did when Tom brings him to skydiving and jet flying🤣

Tom Cruise's comedic talent is highly underrated.
  • This is why I love Tom he commits to everything he does but is still able to show he doesn't take himself to seriously.
  • I've seen Tom Cruise do so many crazy things, but I never thought I see him do something like this. I can't stop laughing. I will miss James and Tom's friendship.

This is definitely the TOP ONE of all the James Corden episodes. It's so hilarious but at the same time overwhelmingly heartbreaking emotional. Their friendship bond is what make this something exquisitely special.

Those last 5 minutes are GOLDEN! Hilarious. Kudos to Cruise for doing this for his friend Corden after all he put James through over the years. Bravo!
  • The crew that put this together for Tom & James to WOW their audience deserves massive credit. The Lion King cast & crew also deserve accolades for dealing with the craziness that James & Tom brought to the show.

Tom is insane he has every talent singing , comedy action and mimicry and how to entertain audience with costumes 😂😂🤣🤣
  • I love Tom cruise. He's seriously the last living Hollywood Movie star. His movies are the only ones worth watching nowadays.
  • Tom Cruise really has balls to do something so out of his element. Huge props to him for doing this
  • @darsig3317
Tom Cruise may be eccentric but he’s a brilliant actor and isn’t afraid to make fun of himself. I love this!!
  • TOM CRUISE skipping the Oscars & do this is such a Boss move 😂 What a LEGEND !
  • @piagustian
I don't know what to do, laughing or crying, I'm a softie, but this is so good, this is a proper tribute for both of them.

I've loved all the Tom and James skits/segments. And I really like the reversal here where Tom's the one being dragged along. The call back to James doing the "Cruise run" *chef's kiss*. Good sports the both of them.
  • James Corden is awesome. I was shocked Tom Cruise did this, but he was great. Very cool of them. The audience loved it!
