the WORST Call of Duty I've EVER played - Call of Duty Vanguard

There was an editing mistake around 8:38, I always rewatch my videos, Idk what the happened there, whoops. I tried to trim it a bit with the youtube editor but if it still looks jank thats why. Some people say I'm being unfair because this is supposed to be "alternative history" so I went to the official cod website and vanguard is advertised as follows: "The award-winning Call of Duty® series returns with Call of Duty®: Vanguard, in which players will experience influential battles of World War II as they fight for victory across the Eastern and Western Fronts of Europe, the Pacific, and North Africa ." The funny part is that none of these inaccuracies are in any of the in-game cutscenes(videos), almost as if they knew! Lmao Anyways, save your money.

I remember my grandfather's WWII story where he was pinned down under enemy fire... 8 Germans were surrounding him quickly...as he started to cry, a tomahawk came flying out of nowhere, decapitating 3 Germans at once...then the bravest woman he ever saw came flying in with a roundhouse kick, and just started beating down the rest of the German soldiers barehanded...huge bulging biceps and all. She made it look easy, so strong...stunning and brave...and as my grandfather wiped his tears knowing he would be ok, she picked him up with one hand, slung him onto her back, and carried him and 3 others back to camp.

i like how in this game the germans do awful things and you think "thats awful" and then the main characters do iterally the same thing and the game applauds it

I really hate how fictionalized this franchise has become. WWII in reality was so fucking brutal and unprecedented that you don't need all this alternative history kid bullshit. Either create a really solid intense WWII shooter that focuses on historical realism, or give the WWII era a break already!

Ah yes historical accuracy as always, cant wait to see Cesars legions against Napoleons Grande armee in the next CoD.

10:58 The game makes you evade the bombardment by running backwards along the firing line. That would actually only keep you in the firing line longer, it's stupidity.

That wasnt a reflex sight at 8:38, it was a monocle welded onto the gun with a drop of urine in the center. 10/10 very historically accurate.

"Oh no! The Horrors of war! They added holo sights to an MP40!" just about sums up how boring and annoying these games are :D

Remember when COD games based on World War Two were actually decently historically accurate in the people or weapons or even game design (i.e.. less running and gunning or making you feel like a part of an army then being said army.) Even though they weren't trying to be a super realistic game? Yeah, me too. (Big Red One, Rising Sun, World at War/Final Fronts are all prime examples.)

This game is like they brought a 5 year old into the studio and asked them what they thought WW2 was like.

Ah yes, good old grandpa, defending the beaches of Normandy with a stockless STG-44 w/ underbarrel grenade launcher and pistol grip, drum mag, suppressed (duh) and with a optic that won’t exist for another 40 years. He’s got a bad shoulder, on account of the fact that without a stock to stop it the STG ejects the bolt at high speeds out of the back of the gun, but fear not! He just picked up his trusty Luger P08, red dot sight and suppressed, and ran at Mach 10 into a corner before healing.

As a WW2 reenactor so much about this game drives me insane.
