A: The stream will be online most of the times with a live broadcast and as well as a rebroadcast

A: Yes, PvP is enabled but respawns are also enabled

A: Yes, they will have to use the server IP and bedrock port to join

9. Can I join using TLauncher?

A: No, unfortunately you will need to java or bedrock to join
