This video is fantastic. I've been searching for how to mod (or make) a creamy sounding keyboard for forever. Everything is all about thocc and I'm like, "but I want it creamy!" This video is so well made, edited so nicely. You definitely deserve more views for all this work. Love it.
  • @Shadowstompa
This build is amzing. Love the sound of these creamy switches. Just built it and put everything together.
  • @SunnyBoi.
This is a really well made video! Glad you were able to make such a great sounding keyboard for the low budget. Really shows how much this industry is improving to be more beginner and budget friendly (since that's pretty much what's stopping most people from entering the hobby). Great work! Subbed.

It's kind of crazy that you can get a barebone aluminium kb for that price (and the prebuilt for $100). How far we've come since the mech keyboard hobby exploded during the pandemic, I thought boards like monsgeeks were crazy for the price, now we have entry level/budget stuff like this.

Keep it up dude this video is amazing. I myself didn't evern know this was possible for this price range and was about to buy a RK61 and mod it. Anyway thank for this idea loved the vid and hope your friend loved it.

your video and editing style is great!

Awesome video, great editing and very informative. Waiting for my lemo key P1 and london fog switches to arrive. Going for the creamy profile aswell. I just cant decide if I want a set of ceramic keycaps or some GMKs

I love pp plates and they are seeing a lot more popular usage on them. Pp alphas are just clean and seeing them offered on new boards like the neo ergo ,a budget tented alice, has been so nice
  • @YoyoOnTop_
gateron smoothies would be perfect for this build
  • @basil-vw8ge
5:39 Those switches are banana splits, not halu halos. Great vid btw :)
  • @howardabrams7116
I made this exact keyboard and love it! The prebuilt has different but also excellent switches and is tri-mode rather than only wireless.

I really hate that I live in a country with ISO layout keyboards. So much harder to find quality keyboard kits for a decent price. :( Great video tho!
  • @AnonymousSpidey
This board is amazing sounding imma get this and use this instead of my gmmk pro!
  • @shus7010
Just built this exact keyboard and I am loving it!
  • @Glizzygtag
I've been trying to build a keyboard that sounds good but also performs well while playing games do u have any recommendations for switches
  • @TheAdrianpp
you can put a knob in the f13 key as well :)
  • @shadowvampwolf
so how would u get this sound on a plastic keyboard? like with the upcoming transitions lite? i heard i need dysub keycaps but that would go more thock than creamy?
  • @wolf-xf6hf
For creamy builds I honestly think OEM profile keycaps are just a smidge better than cherry. They are just a little taller but they look almost the exact same
