Derrick James is the x-factor in this fight for sure!

Huge crawford fan and want him to win but some of us fans be believing in our fandom too much.If you listen to what derrick is saying...hes giving you a huge clue in how him and spence are going about this fight. Derrick rarely gives any tells. He just did. These 2 teams have studied each other intensely. Derrick believes he is the master trainer because he not only driills fundamentals into his fighters- the so called "basic" tim duncan style(which wins championships)- it also instills defensive responsibility and takes away a fighter believing too much in themself and instead believing in the fundamentals and technique. Couple that with a killer mindset like Errol spence- you now have a fighter that is a killer- but likely will stay within themselves and the "system" if things are not going well because they believe in the system. Derrick doesnt believe any of that exists in terrence camp with Bomac. Derrick lives the life- look how in shape he is- Bomac dont he assumes- look how out of shape he is. Bomac shape doesnt look like he knows how to instill discipline and defensive responsibility in terrence. Thinks Terrence just fights off bravado and self belief- not high level training and because of that may be defensively irresponsibile trading with Spence and thats what spence wants- to break down terrence slowly to the body especially and eventually the body and mind can only take so much. What he is forgetting though is Terrence is special. That computer in his brain overcomes all that and Bomac has 2 other trainers that are extremely good as well. 3 heads are usually better than 1. I think Derrick will find that terrence doesnt believe in himself too much..instead he believes in his ability to figure any problem out and has the instincts of a Jaguar. Spence has defensive lapses too- To generate much power on each shot as he does(He never throws soft shots) theres actually a timing to that. You can start to time those power shots easier than a fighter that takes something off here and there. Spence is a fastball fighter and I think terrence will eventually figure out the speed and catch him with something he doesnt expect and then the games will begin. Noone has to train a Jaguar how to be one. it just is. Solitary Killer. Derrick is training a pitbull how to kill. Lets see which animal wins- The trained Killer in spence or the Natural Killer in T.Crawford. Lets enjoy this chess match we are blessed in our era to get. Greater than Mayweather-Pac.
