you can just go in settings>system> about> advanced system settings> click on "settings..." under the part where it says performance, and tweak around some serting. this will not only improve somwhat game performance but also overall system performance. a second way to improve your performance is to go in personalization> colors> trasparency effects>off, then go to accessibility>visual effects> animation effects>off. the second way is with windows 11, with windows search for animation and then search for trasparency in settings :) you csn slso combine both the tutorial and either one of my suggestions to further improve performance

One thing: The hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling will not appear if you do not have a proper GPU. Meaning if you have something like Intel HD/UHD Graphics, then it might not appear. You should check anyway.

For some reason the gaming settings like the game mode and Xbox game bar and stuff have all disappeared. Is there a way to get them back?

U also put this on for Fortnite since it’s fullscreen mode and not windowed?

Boosting fps / fixing stutters requires a series of tunings and it's specific to your hardware and usage patterns. One tweak that works for you may bring worse results to the other users. Stutters are caused by many factors such as disk buffering (which can be fixed using ram caching/ disk caching, hog processes and more. I wish I can get time to explain this in the future.
