Been struggling for a lifetime with social anxiety and depression, never ever had a girlfriend – and each time I try, I always come across someone already engaged. Many little steps forward made through almost seven years psychotherapy, I feel stuck in a labyrinth anyway. My fears of rejection are still present, and so does that weight on my back that's the emotional abuse I lived during childhood and teenage, while my family, overwhelmed by taking care of a disabled sister, couldn't support me at best: I always lived in the shadow of my parents.

I love when you can find music that speaks from the heart...no matter how much it hurts...
