Do you want to listen to your gut or God? Intuition, our ‘gut’, is a natural survival instinct we have, while higher guidance is an earned spiritual relationship that we develop between our soul and the Divine. In this workshop, we will explore how to find the Divine using the ancient art of Spiritual Direction. This is a technique of inner examination that guides you to explore the essential questions of your life with the intention of embracing the guidance of your spirit. It reveals how the passages we face in our lives such as birth, marriage and separations awaken profound currents of change that eventually become constant directives providing spiritual guidance in our lives. My role as a Spiritual Director in this workshop is to assist you in learning to recognize the inner voice of your spirit and to interpret the subtle language of your inner nature.

The more I listen to these videos, the more seriously I take my life. This morning, I woke up with a profound fear of being human. Every action and word makes me reflect, and everything I see and hear becomes a sign I pay attention to. When people speak to me, I no longer just hear them but truly listen and grasp the actual message. My life is evolving daily as I continue my spiritual journey as a student.

In late February 2020, I was in a state of acute anxiety at that moment in my life (nothing was going right), and I heard a male voice say in my left ear, “Don’t Worry” along with a knowing that everything (the whole world) is about to change. I felt I knew this voice, though it was no one I knew on Earth. I immediately felt safe and a sense of joy and bliss. I had immediate faith and felt light.

"You cease holding on to your wounds as the reason you will not jump," and "You stop clinging to an imperfect life as the reason that you don't proceed with any life at all" really spoke to me as this is where I have been stuck for years. Thank you for this.

This gives a whole new meaning to nothing lasts forever, no matter how much we wish it would or wouldn't. Beautiful amazing grace is, to me, knowing when I rely on God, the angels, spirit guides and the universe to hover over me and help me - I am in the best place possible. I count on love absolutely, prayer with thankfulness, to direct me, to carry me through. I love these teachings. 🙏❤️

I've had a few seizures since 2010. Had a feeling there might be something spiritual going on when they happen or I might be receiving spiritual downloads. It did make me cry when she spoke of her experience with seizures, realizing God always has my back too. One time I had a grand-mal seizure in the Emergency room & ended up on a breathing machine for 2days; I do not remember anything. The Angels/God always have my back. I've come close to death at least 15x's & I'm still standing. Everything happens for a reason. Not always sure why. I'm still standing. I have followed Caroline for decades(since 80's) I encourage new people to listen to Caroline's older stuff & her previous books She's incredible! I Love ❤ Caroline! I know she's gotten a little cranky, but she's a lot older now. Maybe it's hormones But she's right. None of us are immune to the human condition. Or hardships, sadness, suffering or heartbreaks. It's part of Life, & if you're not then you are not Living. You must be hiding in a Cave somewhere. Also, I do not think she was dogging-out all psychics. Just the Scammers & con-artists types, & I've met plenty of those. I Love Carol ❤ even though she's gotten a little rough around the edges 😊
