I am stunned to find out that the voice is AI. Absolutely fantastic, the emphasis on certain syllables,voice inflection and correct pronunciation of Warhammer names/words plus the sound of taking a breath is perfect. I would have sworn its a real person and at the same time I am now a little saddened that this person does not exist. But I am happy that this narrator will live on forever. Again great work and dedication.
