The visuals are perfect. Down to the lighting, shadows, and reflections. The attention to detail is truly amazing. Both 21 and Tyler killed their verses. Pharrell really did it with this one.

My mind is blown right now!!! 1:50 Pharrell is holding a KORG Microkorg S which is the only synth I’ve ever owned and have used in dozens of songs!!! The fact that he has his clay character of himself holding that synth that is only about $350 new is mind blowing! That’s gotta mean he used it on this song. The bass and one of the other sounds are really familiar sounding, so I bet that’s how he got those. That model the Microkorg S has 2 speakers and a subwoofer built in as well as 24 more sounds than the regular Microkorg. S stands for speakers lol. My ex had the original and I loved it. Then that model came out and was only $100 more and I’ve used it along with my Akai beat production center and this random 12 track recorder with a built in CD burner that I found at pawn for $40. Throw in some guitar and effects and I can spend hours upon hours with those things. Didn’t mean to rant. I’m just stoked to see someone repping the Microkorg in a good song.

Holy the video creator is insane here. The frame rate change to make it feel like stop motion is absolutely crazy, even the tighter aspect ratio adds to this just being a cinematic masterpiece.

I love how the animation style of each artist matches their swagger and personality/rap style. 21's is chill with an air of sinister and money minded. Pharrell is just the architect cruising around, then Tyler's style is just rambunctious as fuck and all over the place.
