The 90's feel so different. Not just a nostalgic thing, but like we crossed a threshold into another world that we can never come back from. Everything feels so different.

When you first really start to consider the fact that you're getting older, you begin to really wonder why the current stuff seems to miss the mark - mostly music but movies and some other nuances too. You start to THINK that the current stuff kinda sucks actually, and that your Generation's music and all that came and went with it - was just better somehow. When you can't deny that you are older, you start to BELIEVE this notion MUST be true. Finally, when you are old enough to say F-IT and no longer care - you absolutely KNOW this is not a boton but rather plain and simple TRUTH. That being said - my 8 year old daughter loves Aerosmith, Guns&Roses, Def Leopard, etc. Life and it's phases are crazy and sane all at the same time. Best to all seeing/reading this. Be well! 🙏

Looking at these comments it makes me feel better knowing I'm not the only one who still listens to 90s alternative rock these newer musicians just don't do anything for me like the 90s.

My only regret is that I was too young when listening to this music to see them all live. These songs really got me through middle school and high school.

I absolutely LOVE this play list!!! I get so many looks when I’m jamming out. To put it in context, I’m an older black southern gentleman who loves music - I drive a lifted pickup truck and I wear a du-rag. I tell folks that music is the single catalyst that can bridge any gap.

I know this might sound really crazy but I’m sitting in my room listening to rap when it suddenly changed to this video my mother used to listen to every single song on this playlist and I think she may have changed it to show me she’s still here with me I miss her so much I lost her in 2021 to depression and I haven’t been the same since but somehow I feel a little more whole now
