So often these singers with powerful, incredible voices work overtime to impress us with their vocal acrobatics, fancy runs, scary high notes, etc. and we don't even hear the song, we hear their acrobatics. Jack doesn't just sing, he weaves his way through a song and takes us on the journey with him. I'd love to hear him sing some Lord Huron songs. They are exactly in his wheelhouse.

Oh My Gosh Perfect song choices for Jack tonight His voice sounds so strong and pure and emotional. I hope he Wins. Do I dare say he sang this better then The one & only Willie Nelson himself. Luke was so right about him at his on his first audition. To think if he didn't get this chance on American Idol by Luke not giving up him. I love how Jack has gotten better and better every week. ❤ I knew Katy picked that song. He brought her to tears. Me too I always Loved Willie Nelson beautiful music but Wow Jack really nailed this song.
